Ingredients:
- 2 cups mix salad leaves
- 1 red radish, sliced
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 5 to 6 mint leaves
- 1/2 cup mustard sprouts
Miso dressing:
- 2 tablespoon miso
- 2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk all together.
- Rinse the mixed salad leaves. Toss the salad leaves, radish, cherry tomatoes, mint leaves and sprouts in a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing on top and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
