Salad Mix with Miso and Honey

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mix salad leaves
  • 1 red radish, sliced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 to 6 mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup mustard sprouts

Miso dressing:

  • 2 tablespoon miso
  • 2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk all together.
  2. Rinse the mixed salad leaves. Toss the salad leaves, radish, cherry tomatoes, mint leaves and sprouts in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing on top and toss gently.
  4. Serve immediately.
