Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 3/4 cup soybeans
- 1/2 cup grated beetroot
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 8 broccoli florets
- 1 cup roasted chickpeas
- 8 jackfruits seeds, boiled
- kalamata olives
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
- In a flat skillet, I roasted chickpeas in olive oil, cumin powder, salt, chili powder.
- Take 2 bowls all the veggies and brown rice mix together in the bowl and on top garnish with pumpkin seed.
