Toast On Chia Bread

For The Avocado Chia Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice chia bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil
  • fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toast the chia bread in the toaster.
  2. Mash the avocado, then add lemon juice, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  3. On chia, bread slice spread the avocado mixture than on top add some sliced tomatoes and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

For The Sauteed Mushroom And Cottage Cheese Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice chia bread
  • 3 tablespoon mushroom
  • 2 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • arugula leaves
  • salt and peppers to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toast the chia bread in the toaster. Heat the small skillet and add mushrooms, salt, and peppers and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Spread arugula leaves on the top of the chia toast. Then add cottage cheese and mushrooms on top.
