For The Avocado Chia Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 slice chia bread
- 1 avocado
- 1 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh basil
- fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Toast the chia bread in the toaster.
- Mash the avocado, then add lemon juice, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- On chia, bread slice spread the avocado mixture than on top add some sliced tomatoes and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
For The Sauteed Mushroom And Cottage Cheese Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 slice chia bread
- 3 tablespoon mushroom
- 2 tablespoon cottage cheese
- arugula leaves
- salt and peppers to taste
Instructions:
- Toast the chia bread in the toaster. Heat the small skillet and add mushrooms, salt, and peppers and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Spread arugula leaves on the top of the chia toast. Then add cottage cheese and mushrooms on top.
