- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated turmeric or 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of clove
- 2-3 drops of coconut oil
- pinch of black pepper
- honey or lemon as per your taste
- Boil water in a saucepan with a handle.
- Add allspice and boil them properly.
- Strain out tea into a cup and add honey or lemon.
- I used with lemon this time it’s really refreshing.
