Kheer is an Indian sweet (Dessert). Normally kheer made out from rice, tapioca, broken wheat, vermicelli, Carrots, and other veggies. Carrots are so healthy and delicious. In winter when I was young my Mum used to make carrot kheer every weekend for our family. I used to enjoy a lot!! So now I’m making for my daughter but she personally doesn’t like dessert so much, but she is having it because of me because I made it:)
