In India, Mango is generally considered as the king of fruits. The month of May in India is the mango season. Mango milkshake is a very health and delicious drink that can be enjoyed daily during Summer.

Ingredients:
- 2 Alphonso Mangoes
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron
Instructions:
- Peel and cut the mango into cubes.
- In a Smoothie maker add Mango chunks, Milk, cashews and saffron ( 4-5 pieces of cashews and few strands of saffron keep on side for garnishing) and then start the mixer.
- In the meantime, you can roughly chop the cashews.
- Once mixed well, pour the Mango Milkshake in to a glass.
- Garnish with roughly chopped cashew and saffron.
Enjoy the Yummy drink!!
Note: Add some ice cubes and serve chilled to enjoy it cold.
