Mango Milkshake

 

In India, Mango is generally considered as the king of fruits. The month of May in India is the mango season. Mango milkshake is a very health and delicious drink that can be enjoyed daily during Summer.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 Alphonso Mangoes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron

Instructions:

  1. Peel and cut the mango into cubes.
  2. In a Smoothie maker add Mango chunks, Milk, cashews and saffron ( 4-5 pieces of cashews and few strands of saffron keep on side for garnishing) and then start the mixer.
  3. In the meantime, you can roughly chop the cashews.
  4. Once mixed well, pour the Mango Milkshake in to a glass.
  5. Garnish with roughly chopped cashew and saffron.
    Enjoy the Yummy drink!!

Note: Add some ice cubes and serve chilled to enjoy it cold.
