Breakfast Parfait

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 mango cut into a flower shape
  • 400 ml coconut cream
  • 1 cup pomegranate
  • 3/4 cup raspberry
  • 3/4 cup blackberry
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 1/4 cup pistachio
    (use your favorite kinds of berries and fruits)


  1. Place coconut cream, and superfoods Chia seeds in a bowl. Stir well to combine. Cover and store in the fridge for overnight to thicken.
  2. Divide among serving glasses layered with pomegranate, chia and coconut cream mixture, mixed berries and pistachios on top.
    Alternatively, top with your favorite fruits, nuts, and seeds. If desired, drizzle with honey to taste.
