Roasted Potato With Oregano

The perfect roasted potato has crispy, the flavourful crust on an outer side. Roasted potato is very good as a side dish. My daughter loves roasted potato.

  • 4 big potatoes
  • olive oil
  • oregano
  • salt to taste
  • freshly crushed pepper


  1. Wash the potatoes skin on, slice them.
  2. Mix potatoes, oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. On the stove flat skillet on medium flame cook potatoes, stir in between. After 15 minutes it will be cooked well. Cook in a way to give them little crispy touch with pinkish brown color.
  4. Serve as a side dish.
