Thyme has many health benefits… Green Wild Thyme makes a very Healthy Salad!!!

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of green Wild Thyme (Zaatar leaves)
- 1 cup mint
- 1 cup cherry tomato, cut into halves
- 1/2 cup radish
Dressing:
- 4 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 orange juice
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- salt to taste
- freshly ground pepper
Instruction:
- Rinse the wild thyme and mint leaves.
- handpick its tiny green leaves, especially those at the top of the stems. Discard the stems.
- In a salad bowl mix all ingredients together and mix well.
- Drizzle the dressing on top to your taste.
