Zaatar Salad

Thyme has many health benefits… Green Wild Thyme makes a very Healthy Salad!!!
It’s a healthy and diet food for weight loss.

Serve: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of green Wild Thyme (Zaatar leaves)
  • 1 cup mint
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, cut into halves
  • 1/2 cup radish

Dressing:

  • 4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground pepper

Instruction:

  1. Rinse the wild thyme and mint leaves.
  2. handpick its tiny green leaves, especially those at the top of the stems. Discard the stems.
  3. In a salad bowl mix all ingredients together and mix well.
  4. Drizzle the dressing on top to your taste.
